Position Overview: 
The Partner Success Manager (PSM) plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships with dental practices, ensuring they receive exceptional IT support and strategic guidance. This role requires a positive and energetic demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. A successful PSM demonstrates exceptional time management, working independently while proactively addressing partner needs. They uphold Core Values in every interaction, developing a deep understanding of Medix’s products and services to provide expert advice.

Location: Remote, WFH
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually plus commission
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and uphold the Medix Core Values in all interactions with clients and team members. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of Medix's products, software applications, and services to effectively support and advise clients.  
  • Foster trusted relationships with clients during onboarding and beyond, ensuring ongoing communication with key decision-makers and champions at each dental practice. 
  • Provide proactive, personalized guidance by communicating best practices, assisting with IT planning, and helping practices budget for future technology needs. 
  • Analyze client environments to assess costs, identify IT risks, and prepare clear, actionable plans for improvement.
  • Ensure Opportunities, Sales Board, and Account Management Board are kept up to date.
  • Act as liaison between Medix departments to ensure client requests are addressed efficiently. 
  • Keep up with industry trends, technology advancements, and internal process improvements to continuously enhance the client experience. 
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strategic thinking to develop and implement strategies that improve partner experience and value 
  • MSP or Dental industry experience a plus!
