The IT Support Technician’s primary function is providing clients with technical support and excellent customer service.


  • 1st level technical support of all inbound calls, emails, and service tickets
  • Efficient and accurate resolution of all assigned tickets
  • Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention
  • Maintain end-user installation procedures, configuration procedures, and documentation.
  • Limited travel may be required (occasional overnight travel)
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned
